I know what it feels like to feel stuck, inadequate, or overwhelmed. Through coaching, I help my clients untangle old thoughts, restore confidence, and step into the identities they were meant to live into. Pricing & Commitment

I keep my pricing simple, flexible, and supportive of your growth. Each offer is designed to meet you (or your athlete) where you are, with options that feel grounded and doable.

1:1 Private Coaching

  • Investment: Monthly

  • Commitment: Most clients begin with a 12-week commitment to create real momentum, though there is no formal contract.

  • You’ll receive weekly 1:1 sessions and personalized mindset tools throughout your journey.

Group Coaching

  • Investment: Monthly

  • Commitment: Join month-to-month and stay as long as it supports you.

  • Current 1:1 clients receive free access to group coaching.

Athlete Mindset Program

  • Investment: 8-Week Program

  • Choose the payment structure that works best for your family:

    • Full payment at enrollment, or

    • Two split payments (half at enrollment, half at week 5)

  • Commitment: This is a structured 8-week coaching container designed to build consistency, emotional strength, and mental resilience for athletes.
