I'm the coach for YOU!

People are drawn to me because I radiate calmness and safety. It’s from that space that I’m able to guide you in releasing self-judgment and cutting through the painful beliefs that hold you back—beliefs that can leave you feeling stuck, captive, or convinced that safety comes only from staying where you are. Together, we look at the stories you’ve been telling yourself about other people’s words or actions and uncover the truth beneath them—freeing you from insecurities and helping you respond with more courage, confidence, and compassion for both yourself and them.

I lean toward possibility instead of obstacles. I help you shift from fear to excitement, from procrastination to action. I believe we each have multiple purposes in life—some easy to see, and others hidden beneath perceived layers of inadequacy. My work is about drawing those purposes out, fading the doubt that once felt so big, and helping you step into your authentic self.

At the heart of it all, my coaching is about inspiring courage, confidence, and authenticity—so you can move forward into a life that feels true and fulfilling.

50 minute healing session

These sessions go deeper by combining stretch, guided meditation, breathwork, and mindset coaching — because so much physical tension is rooted in stress or stored emotion.

These sessions help calm the nervous system, release deeper blockages, and bring more balance overall, creating lasting relief.

Many people carry stress in the neck, shoulders, hips, or back — and unless we address the root cause, the tension keeps returning.
