Building A Calm, Confident, Courageous Life - In Community

For the woman who has been holding everything together…
and is ready to come back to herself.

This is what I’m seeing

You’ve been pushing through.

Showing up for everyone else.

Managing, solving, holding it all together.

And somewhere along the way…

you’ve lost connection with yourself.

 

There’s not much space to think.

To feel.

To ask what you actually want.

 

You’re tired.

Sometimes resentful.

Still functioning—but not really feeling like yourself.

This is what this space is

This is an ongoing weekly space where you can:

  • calm your nervous system

  • reconnect with God and your own voice

  • rebuild confidence and self-trust

  • begin living with more courage​

Alongside other women.

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about coming back to yourself.

The Weekly Rhythm

Each week includes:

  • Monday: Weekly Compass
    A simple way to ground yourself and move through your week with clarity

  • Tuesday: Nervous System Meditation
    To help your body come out of constant stress and overwhelm

  • Wednesday: Weekly Live Group Coaching

       A place to talk through what’s real and be supported

  • Thursday: “Meet with God” Meditation
    A space to listen, receive, and reconnect

  • Connection with other women
    Space to share, listen, and not feel alone in it

  • Weekly live calls: Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs at 12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT

  • We meet live throughout the week, and you’re welcome to join whatever fits.

  • This is a space to slow down, be present, and connect in real time.

  • Replays are available, and you’re always welcome to join live when you can.

Time & Access

This is a flexible, come-as-you-are space.

We meet throughout the week, but you are not expected to attend everything.

You can come to one session, a few, or whatever feels right for you that week.

Each session is about 30 minutes
(with the Weekly Compass sometimes a little longer),
​   

After each session, there is optional space to stay—
for reflection or connection in smaller groups,
if you feel like you want it that day.

There’s no pressure to stay or share.
Just an invitation.
